Our New Website

The Diablo Firesafe Council has launched its new website with valuable wildfire preparation resources for East Bay residents. Our new site provides homeowners with instruction, planning, and funding resources to protect homes before wildfire strikes.

Homeowners will find guides to creating defensible space with thoughtful maintenance, debris clearing, and fire-safe landscaping that creates both beauty and resilience. Our new site also features ways to work with neighbors on community projects like fuel reduction, Firewise® certification, and emergency planning.

The new DFSC website is part of a new communications initiative made possible with support from CAL FIRE. Please subscribe for updates and tips for preparation throughout the year!
